Can I try Playcom without a paid subscription?

You can use Playcom for free with the Sandbox plan, which provides a limited number of users, interactions, and other resources.

What are interactions?

Interactions are each text message, voice message, or email sent to or from a player, as well as certain AI actions.

What is a workspace?

Workspaces are the organization accounts in Playcom, typically representing an operator with one or more brands, and shared by multiple users. Subscription plans are billed at the workspace level.

What payment methods and currencies/crypto do you accept

We accept all major credit cards in USD and EUR in our Stripe checkout. Crypto customers can pay with USDC or USDT on the TRC20 or ERC20 networks.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

Plans can be upgraded at any time in your workspace billing settings. Upgrades take effect right away, with the difference in pricing billed immediately and billing anniversary adjusted accordingly.

How do I downgrade or cancel my subscriptions?

You can downgrade your subscription (including to a free Sandbox plan) at any time in your workspace billing dashboard. Downgrades take effect on the next billing anniversary.
